Shipping & Delivery We can deliver to over 20 countries. The length of time that an item will take once it has shipped will depend on the shipping speed selected at checkout. The selected place of delivery may also have a bearing on delivery times and costs. You can obtain an estimate as to delivery costs by emailing us on info@vaporcloudslimited.com. Shipping insurance is optional and comes at a charge. Import and Other Taxes You are responsible to ensure that the purchased product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. You will be deemed to be the importer of the product and you must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the Malta may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. You will have to bear any such or similar fees, charges and expenses. VC has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. You may therefore want to contact your customs office before making an order. Returns Policy If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our returns policy allows you to send the item back within 28 days of delivery provided that the item in question is still sealed and unused. You have up to 30 days from date of delivery to return a faulty item. Items will only be considered faulty if the conditions of the relative guarantee are adhered to in full. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received, including original packaging and labels. In case of default VC reserved the right to reserve part or all of the relative refund. Returns must include a copy of the relative invoice as well as contact details (name, surname, valid email address and valid mobile number) for the person returning the item. It is suggest items are sent back by registered mail so as to ensure proof of delivery. You should always retain proof of postage and VC will not process any refund unless it receives the relative item/s being returned. You will have to cover postage expenses.
